Our mission at CrossFit Train is to help and empower our clients to live fully inside and outside of the gym through fitness and connection. We are the home for fitness misfits and those who believe in the CrossFit methodology, hard work, dedication, responsibility, and the power of community. We turn our heads to silly tricks, quick fixes, and fancy make believe ideals. We are here to work hard and get better. We are also here to have fun and be part of the bigger picture. Personal records and laugh out louds is what we are all about!

We embrace challenges knowing that we are in an environment of people who each face their own challenges every day. We take pride in standing next to one another in and outside of the gym.
