New to CrossFit?

CrossFit Train - Fundamentals

Our 3 Fundamental sessions are a pre-requiste to starting our CrossFit classes*. In each of the 3 personal 1-on-1 classes, you will learn our most fundamental movements and receive expert coaching in squats, presses, and pulls. Fundamentals is an integral part of joining CrossFit Train to ensure understanding of the movements and the safety for all athletes.

*Individuals with previous CrossFit experience may have the ability to test out of Fundamentals.*

Class One - Squats:

  • Air Squat

  • Front Squat

  • Overhead Squat
     

Class Two - Pressing:

  • Strict Press

  • Push Press

  • Push Jerk

Class Three - Pulling:

  • Deadlift

  • Pull-Ups

  • Kettlebell Swing

  • Med Ball Clean

After successfully completing Fundamentals, you are able to participate in any of the regular CrossFit, Barbell Club, or other specialty classes we offer.
