STEP ONE:

COME TO A FREE CLASS!

Take a look at our class schedule and come get your first workout in on us! You are welcome to come to any of our classes and have your questions answered by an expert.

Before or after the class, we will chat with us about why we do what we do here as well let you get your sweat on! 

STEP TWO:

FUNDAMENTALS

Our 3 Fundamental sessions are a prerequiste to starting our CrossFit classes.
 

In each of the personal 1-on-1 classes, you will learn our most fundamental movements and receive expert coaching in squats, presses, and pulls. Fundamentals is an integral part of joining CrossFit Train to ensure understanding and safety for all athletes.

*Individuals with previous CrossFit experience may have the ability to test out of Fundamentals. 

STEP THREE:

SIGN UP FOR
CROSSFIT CLASSES

Once you have completed your 3 personal Fundamental sessions you are ready to sign up for our group classes. We will go over the process for signing up for classes during your 3rd Fundamental session.

If you have previous CrossFit experience, and/or have tested out of Fundamentals, we can sign you up in-person at the box!
