NorCal Regionals are starting today! NorCal is the toughest region because that is where CrossFit was born! The competition is tough so this weekend will be a showdown! There are about 12 men and women competing in this region that could win the games but they have to make it past regionals first. Each region only takes the top 3 men, women and teams to the games. Anna rowed her fastest 2k on Saturday! With a few tips from Tish she was able to knock off 30 seconds from her previous time! Great job Anna. Way to kick some ass.

Nice job Lisa!!! Also we are about to finish up the first week on the Paleo Challenge! Great job to everyone! How is everyone feeling? Energy levels better or worse? How is your intestinal tract? Workouts better or worse?
If you have felt like shit this week or if your workouts have been less than great please don’t worry. Thats normal. Your body is getting rid of all the crap! By the middle of this week you should start to turn the corner.

Here is our dinner the other night. Stuffed green peppers with ground beef, mushrooms, cilantro, jalapenos and spaghetti sauce. Super good and VERY filling!
